I have over 15 years experience working in mass communication. As a news reporter, an editor and a media manager.

I have completed my MA in Technical Communication and E-Learning at the University of Limerick, Ireland.
​
My Bachelor’s was in Literature in English.
I am a generalist by orientation. I have numerous skills in the areas of technical writing, e-learning, instructional design, content creation, graphic design and copy editing.
I am self-motivated, hardworking and always eager to learn new skills and new technologies.

Besides academics, I am passionate about adventure cycling, and charity works.
​
I love podcasts and reading books. I think audio books are great but nothing beats the joy of turning the last page of a printed book.

User Experience or Leaner Experience?
I cannot see a big enough difference between a user and a learner. Let us agree that whoever your consumers are, they all expect a great experience when accessing content, be it in class or online.
They expect an experience that is engaging and enriching and memorable.
That way they keep learning.
Learning never ends and like Chris Hatfield (NASA Astronaut) said, the more we learn, the more we know and the less we have to fear.
